This piece was a collaborative effort between my partner, Nic and I. He spent hours hand shaping and polishing this stone from its rough state to show the true beauty within. The multicolored opal sparkles wrapped up in oxidized copper.
The stone intensifies the ability to experience and feel and so encourages imagination and creativity – the dark colors of nature are supplemented by lively colorful inner images. Being a strong spiritual protection stone, the honduras opal can protect us from undesirable external influences, so that we can concentrate on our own intrinsic powers.
